Latest News and Developments - HMP Drake Hall
Eccleshall Eagles Junior Football Club has come up with a unique approach towards helping provide a diverse and relevant range of skills and experiences for women offenders, through working with the Club. This will help the women find a much broader range of work, upon release.

The Club is providing training in areas from catering and first-hand serving customers through to grounds maintenance, whilst offering the chance to use any English and Maths qualifications gained whilst in prison to use in a practical environment.

It is the first time that a Women's Prison has been able to offer a much broader variety of work, which will help offenders more easily find a vocational job on release, with the relevant Level 1 or Level 2 qualification in grounds maintenance to support their ongoing rehabilitation.
